Next time you’re outdoors, look around you for a moment. You’re bound to see someone carrying a backpack in the busy streets of the city.

We all come in all sorts of shapes and sizes and it is important to take the time to fit a backpack specifically to your needs.

Improper backpack fitting can contribute to poor posture, muscle imbalances, and pain. In a previous post, we learned about the impact of having bad posture.
